What Other Customers Are Saying

  • Excellent Customer Service

The guys at Coast have been amazing…..being in the industry and dealing with a lot of other companies, these guys are by far the best I have dealt with and are the ones I go to when I need something done in Parksville.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, very helpful and effective. Joe just replaced our water tank, was very quick and responsive. Big thank you to you all!

  • Excellent Customer Service

Very helpful, they tested my water heater circuit board to confirm that it was still functional and didn’t need replacement; and gave me a couple of tips on what to check next to solve the issue. Picked up a thermal fuse for the heater just in case.
