Island Owned & Operated Since 1988

RV repair was done quickly while I waited. The part was ordered ahead and was ready for installation when they promised it would be. I purchased RV from Arbutus at a different location but the high level of service and professionalism in Sidney is consistent with our Arbutus experience.

I was in a bit of a panic. I recently purchased a 1988 Dodge b250 Roadtrek and there was a big crack in the passenger-side skylight. I reached out to Arbutus RV and within a day or two, John was able to find me the windows in question! What a relief because I’m moving into this beauty at the end of the month. I highly recommend this place for the great service they provide. THANK YOU!

We had an emergency issue with our RV on the May long weekend and stopped into the service department. They took time to troubleshoot the problem and helped us figure things out so we could enjoy the remainder of our weekend. Thank you so much for your time. Would highly recommend these guys.

Our experience with the Arbutus team was the best we have ever had buying an RV. They went out of their way to help make our trade-in a painless endeavor. A big thank you to Karen, Tracey and Francois for making that happen. Highly recommend!

We called Arbutus RV on the advice of a friend who suggested that they could possibly help us with a storage cabinet that had come loose in our Airstream trailer. The crew members were extremely helpful and the technician who worked on the problem did an outstanding job. Communication was good and the pricing was fair. We are so grateful that they were able to help us or our vacation would have been spoiled.

We recently traded our travel trailer in for a used trailer with a different layout . We dealt with a couple different local companies and Arbutus blew those other companies out of the park with their great customer service. They were quick to reply to us and maintain communication throughout the process. Once we got our new-to-us trailer home, we noticed tire issues. We called Arbutus and within three hours we had our trailer there and new tires installed and home again. Thanks to Wayne and the team!

Thank you to the service staff at Arbutus RV Nanaimo, they kindly squeezed us in to get to our grey water blockage. The problem… previous owners were dumping kitty litter down the drain!

Very friendly helpful staff. They didnt have what i needed but they offered suggestions on where to go and how to do it. the rv tech came up too and everybody was just great. Not many shops left like that these days.
