  • Excellent Customer Service

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, very helpful and effective. Joe just replaced our water tank, was very quick and responsive. Big thank you to you all!

  • Excellent Customer Service

Very helpful, they tested my water heater circuit board to confirm that it was still functional and didn’t need replacement; and gave me a couple of tips on what to check next to solve the issue. Picked up a thermal fuse for the heater just in case.

  • Excellent Customer Service

Joe in the service department was very helpful. Despite a busy time of year he looked our trailer as we limped into Parksville during our vacation. He could have turned us away but instead helped us get on our way safely. Thank you.
